At TamilArchitects Madurai, we strive to deliver high-quality architectural and design services with professionalism and transparency. This Cancellation and Refund Policy outlines the terms under which a client may cancel a service and the corresponding refund (if any).

1. Scope

This policy applies to all architectural, interior design, and consultation services provided by TamilArchitects Madurai, whether booked online, via email, or in person.

2. Cancellation by Client

Clients may request a cancellation by providing a written notice (email or letter) to TamilArchitects Madurai.

Refunds (if applicable) will be based on the project stage and amount of work completed:

3. Cancellation by TamilArchitects Madurai

We reserve the right to cancel services if:

• The client is unresponsive for an extended period

• Agreed payments are delayed repeatedly

• There is a breach of the service agreement or misuse of services

In such cases, the client will be notified in writing. Refunds will be assessed based on work completed at the time of cancellation.

4. Non-Refundable Components

The following are non-refundable under all circumstances:

• Initial consultation or site visit fees (if applicable)

• Government application fees or liaison charges (if paid)

• Third-party vendor or consultant fees

• GST or statutory taxes already remitted

5. Project Postponement

If a client wishes to pause the project rather than cancel, written notice must be given. TamilArchitects Madurai will hold the project for up to 3 months. Beyond this, a re-engagement fee may apply.

6. Refund Timeline

Eligible refunds will be processed within 15 business days of written approval. Refunds will be made via the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.

If the client requests printed drawings, reports, models, or material samples, these may be shipped via courier or delivered in person (based on location).

• Reputed national courier partners (e.g., DTDC, India Post, BlueDart)

• Hand delivery (for critical deliveries within Madurai, subject to availability)
